17th – Holne, Devon. Soul Windows. A series of
one-day workshops combining 5Rhythms dance with a creative exploration
using different art stuffs. This gives an opportunity to let the dance
inspire us to play with paint and other materials, to write and make
theatre, to discover more about ourselves, and our relationships. The
days are often revealing and inspiring; usually moving and humorous, but
always unpredictable! The first theme is:
paper. Each day stands
alone and costs £45. If all four days are booked in advance the total
cost will be £160. The times are 10am to 5.30pm, on each Sunday. Please
bring lunch to share. All materials, plus hot and cold drinks will be

March 24th – Malvern, Worcs. Women of a Certain Age. A single day to investigate, through movement and dance; writing and art, what it means to be a woman of a certain age. In good company, and with a sense of humour, we will share some personal experiences of our aging process, and hopefully leave with more insights and a lighter heart. Everyone welcome. Cost: £40. This week-long, residential holiday/workshop is an opportunity to build a deeper relationship with ourselves, through exploring the 5Rhythms dance. Using the 5Rhythms as bones, we will be moving through the creative process; always grounded, heart-felt, focussed, connected and present. Then we add other art forms to our healing tool bag, and explore, with child-like curiosity the lines, colours and poetry that can reveal and heal ourselves.
