February 10th-12th – Eden Rise, near Totnes, Devon
– A Valentine for Yourself . A residential, weekend workshop to
celebrate giving ourselves a sweet time, at this cool and dark time of
the year. We dance, write poetry, make art, theatre and ritual to remind
us to be present in a body, listen to our hearts, and to express what is
moving inside us – always gently. A sauna is available. All-inclusive
price is £200. A deposit of £100 secures a place. (Early booking is
recommended and full payment made before 1st February will be

March 4th - Space Upstairs, Ashburton – CIRCLE DANCING. Just two hours of dancing simple dances, with Dilys, from 12noon to 2pm (turn up and pay £5 on the door). Everyone is welcome. |

March 18th – Holne, Devon. Soul Windows. The first in a series of one-day themed workshops combining Dance and Art. This one will be held at Holne Village Hall, on Dartmoor. These are available to anyone who has danced the 5Rhythms before. Today’s theme is You and Me. Each day stands alone (£50), and can be booked singly. If all five days are booked in advance there will be a discounted price of £200. The group will be limited to 12 people, so early booking is recommended. A deposit of £100 will secure a place. The times are 10.00am to 5.00pm. Please bring lunch to share. All materials, plus hot and cold drinks, will be provided. |

This non-residential workshop sees Dilys returning to work in
Belgium after a successful weekend last year. Dancing, art, theatre
and poetry all come together to make this an inspiring and creative
weekend. It will be held at the centre ‘Carpediem’, in Vieusart.
