12-14 February – Croydon Hall, Somerset – A Valentine for Yourself  This residential weekend is an opportunity to spend a warm and moving weekend in good company; dancing through the 5Rhythms of Gabrielle Roth.  We build on the bones of the dance - adding art, poetry, theatre and massage - and is available to beginners and experienced dancers alike. March-July - Dartmoor, Devon - Soul Windows  A series of one-day workshops combining Dance and Art are to be held at Leusdon Memorial Hall, near Poundsgate, on Dartmoor, Devon, beginning in March. This series of  workshops is available to anyone who has danced the 5Rhythms before with a trained teacher. Each day stands alone (£50), and can be booked singly. If all five days are booked in advance there will be a substantial discount price of £200. The group will be limited to 12 people, so early booking is recommended. A deposit of £50 will secure a place.  The times are 10.00am to 5.00pm. Please bring lunch to share. All materials, plus hot and cold drinks, will be provided. 10-17 April - Cortijo Romero, Orgiva, Southern Spain - Dance to the Heart - 5Rhythms. This week-long (Saturday to Saturday) residential workshop is an opportunity to dance each day, at a well-loved and long-established centre for personal development, in the Spanish mountains. 12 September, 10 October and 7 November 2010 – South Dornaford Farm, near Okehampton, Devon – Themed 5Rhythms Dance Days. The theme for all three will be colours. These days are focused 5Rhythms dance days – using dance and movement to stir us, we look inside and express what is there. Using the dance we will move our attention to the body, the breath and the feet, embodying the themes of the day, and exploring them through our own creativity. Throughout the series we will be making small, card-sized collages, to begin forming our own, personal Tarot packs - drawing on our intuition and our creative unconscious. 16-17 October - Paris, France.  Soul Windows.  This non-residential workshop is an exploration of dancing the 5Rhythms focusing on Autumn.   There will be art inspired by the dance, poetry inspired by the art, and theatre inspired by the poetry. 29-31 October - Eden Rise, Sandwell Barns, near Totnes, Devon.  Halloween - Through the Veil. A special Soul Windows weekend. This residential workshop is an opportunity to dance through the 5Rhythms, letting that process open us to what is moving inside – and asking to be revealed. At this time of year, when the veils between the worlds are at their thinnest, we will move and paint, then move with our paintings, being inspired to write and make theatre from our art, to reveal something of the mystery within us.
